The Rooms (Cheshire) Ltd was set up by Judy Bibbey and Elaine Mayall in February 2005 following their retirement after considerable years experience as NHS managers and psychotherapists. Since the development of this service many referrals have been received from individuals, couples, families GPs, Consultants, insurance companies and the legal profession.

The Rooms offer a range of Psychological Services to individuals, couples, families, groups and organisations. All our therapists are qualified and experienced and are registered or accredited by their professional bodies. We work with all major health insurance companies. Our services are confidential and discreet.

People seek therapy for many reasons. It may be to get help with dealing with anxiety or depression or for a particular problem, relationship or symptom. It may be for personal development, enabling self-awareness or improving self-confidence or self-esteem. Whatever the reason we are happy to talk to you about how therapy may help you or assess you for which type of therapy may be the most helpful.
